Hello
A Bit About Me
I am Christian Mei, a rising senior at Boston University in the BA/MS program, majoring in Biology with a concentration in CMG (Cellular and Molecular Biology and Genetics). This is my first time conducting research as a member of STEM Pathways. As an undergraduate researcher of the Wunderlich lab, I’ve grown my expertise in gene regulation systems in development, using the Drosophila melanogaster model organism. I’ve employed both bioinformatic and wet lab approaches to my ongoing projects. Here I showcase some of my results from one of my bioinformatic based projects.
The Wunderlich lab is interested in understanding how a gene regulatory network's tasks influence its architecture, robustness, and evolvability.
